| Online Health Records |
 |
I performed an extensive usability test on an online health record website. Each blue square represents a usability issue -- the more dots, the more users had that particular problem. Relevant user comments were also included. This document was used to prioritize fixes by the product team.

| Sun Instant Messenger |
|
A formal usability test was conducted on the Sun Instant Messenger client with both consumer and enterprise users in a usability lab. The data was tabulated and analyzed and a report of the results was posted for the team. The findings were prioritized and incorporated in time for the release of the product.
