Any good design must be grounded in a solid understanding of the target audience. The design should be a natural outgrowth of this foundation. As a user experience designer, I know how to collect pertinent data on users and their tasks, and use that knowledge to guide the entire design process. |

I have extensive experience with all parts of the design process including conceptualization (user scenarios, sketches, storyboards) wireframes, visual design, guidelines and styleguide compliance, paper and html prototypes, and specifications. |

Validate |
|
|
| |
Every design should ideally be put through at least one round of usability testing to validate and refine the user experience. I have conducted, or crafted, usability tests on most products that I have worked on. |
